Vitamin A Fight Aging with These Vitamins
Vitamin A is an excellent source of anti-oxidants; including Retinol. Vitamin A works inside the cells and slows the breakdown of collagen. This in turn gives your skin a healthy, young, appearance with more elasticity. As an added benefit it keeps your immune system strong! Some of the foods high in this vitamin are carrots, mangos, and even kale.
Vitamin D often helps prevent the under looked aging effect: bone loss. Vitamin D and calcium are needed to keep strong and healthy bones. Bone loss causes sagging, especially in the face so keeping strong bones provides a younger appearance. Milk and dairy products, also fatty fish, provide sources of vitamin D.
